In my newest Faith-Based Grief Workbook, I provide scripture, practical exercises, prompts for reflection, and more, to help you as you navigate your unique grief journey.

My goal with this workbook is not to help you “get over it”, my goal is that this workbook be a guide to help you “walk through it”.
By the end of this, I pray you know, more than anything, that this grief journey is not a solo one, and that Jesus is nearer to you than you could imagine. Each ounce of grief you feel is seen, and it’s cared for. He also holds what you need, so I hope you’ll give Him room to come in to redeem and heal.

I got the idea to write this workbook after reading Psalm 31, written by King David. It was a psalm that I felt truly captured some of what grief feels like (along with many other Psalms). King David never held back his grief, and I don’t think we should either. Especially with God. He wants you to bring it to Him, no matter how messy it is, no matter what emotions come with it, and no matter how impossible it feels to overcome.
