Some of us are smack dab in the middle of despair. We are out of options, and all we can see is hopelessness.
Meanwhile, God knows our situation perfectly and is not perplexed by how to get us through it.
Some of us feel stretched so thin. We have so much to do, so little time to do it. It’s hard not to feel like a failure when we can’t juggle it all.
Meanwhile, God doesn’t expect us to do it all perfectly. He wants to help in the burden lifting, and He wants to be the safe place we can go to rest. He knows how bad our soul needs it.
Some of us don’t know what to do next. We feel paralyzed in decision making and fearful of the unknown.
Meanwhile, God has walked before us, knows where we go, and promises to go with us.
So many of us are trying to control everything, to ensure that we don’t get hurt and avoid pain.
Meanwhile, God equips us for hard battles knowing that He is fighting on our behalf, too.
No matter what is going on in your life, remember that God is working behind the scenes at all times.
He can see everything clearly that we cannot see.
He might not show us the whole plan but instead whispers, “trust me.”
I’m thankful for a God that sees our pain and in the meanwhile works things out for our good.
We will have times when things feel too much, too scary or too broken.
Meanwhile, God is still on His throne, He is still King, and His plan still stands.
