There is Nothing in Our Life God Can't Redeem.

Updated: Nov 18, 2020

We think we know.

We think we know how something should go. We know what the best and worse outcomes would be.

We lose our job and think our careers are over.

We feel terrified when we find out we are expecting a baby we weren’t planning for.

We end a relationship and think we will never get over the heartache.

Life takes us to a different location and we feel like we will be lonely there forever.

Someone rejects us and we assume something is wrong with us and that we aren’t worthy.

We think we know, but usually.. we aren’t right.

Usually we can look back and recognize that from these hard times came some of the very best things in our lives.

A new job.

A child we couldn’t imagine life without.

A spouse that is better than we knew possible.

A new community.

A new sense of worth and strength to persevere.

A stronger faith.

Think about it, have you felt disappointed by something only later to find that that extract thing actually opened the door to something incredible?

He works for our good, friends.

God sees the whole picture, we can only see what’s right around us.

He can take the hurt and brokenness and turn it into something incredible, immeasurably more than we can imagine.

But we have to let go in order for that to happen.

Give Him our faith and let Him lead.

That might mean that we have to let go of the things, people, careers, or dreams that the Lord is calling us away from.

He doesn’t call us out to drop us on our head, He does so because He knows something better is coming.

Listen to what He is calling you to. And also listen to what He is calling you away from.

He is faithful. He is good. He just needs your trust in order to do the big work that only He is capable of.

We don’t know. We will never know on this side of heaven.

We have no idea all that God could do in our life, even with the broken pieces.

But let‘s give Him the chance to show us.
